Carina Gardner

Carina has a Ph.D. in design from the University of Minnesota. She taught design at the University of Minnesota for five years before starting Carina Gardner, Inc. She has taught graphic design foundations, typography, design theory, and packaging design at the University of Minnesota. She designs fabrics for Riley Blake Designs and is the Creative Director for Carta Bella Paper Company. She manufacturers and designs a line of sewing patterns that can be found in quilt shops around the world. She also designs wallpaper (carinagardnershop.com), dishware (Deseret Book), and digital scrapbooking (jessicasprague.com). She also teaches Illustrator and design courses at carinagardner.com.
