How do I use my monthly credits?
Each subscription plan gives you a set number of credits every month. You can use these credits to download any design from our library. Simply browse the designs, choose your favourites, and use your credits to purchase them.
Can I cancel or change my subscription at any time?
Yes! You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. However, please note that any unused credits will expire at the end of your billing cycle. You can always switch plans if your crafting needs change.
What happens if I don’t use all my credits in a month?
Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Be sure to use your monthly credits before the end of the billing period to get the most value out of your subscription!
Can I purchase additional credits if I run out?
Yes! If you’ve used up your monthly credits and need more, you can purchase additional credits directly from the Silhouette Design Store.
Are there any other discounts or promotions available?
Yes! You can stack your subscription credits with ongoing sales to get even more savings on designs. Look out for special promotions throughout the year for additional discounts!
What designs are available in the Silhouette Design Store?

What happens if I use all my subscription credits and want more designs?
If you’ve exhausted your subscription credits, don’t worry! You’ll get 25%–50% off all designs after your credits are used up, depending on your plan. That means you can keep crafting with discounted designs!
Can I use the designs from the Silhouette Design Store with other crafting tools?
Yes! While our designs are optimized for Silhouette machines, they are compatible with other cutting machines and software as well. Just make sure to check the file format for compatibility with your tools.
