Perfect for any occasion where you want to celebrate a specific date or number — wedding, anniversary, birthday, weight loss, grade, newborn, new years, graduation, etc. The file includes all of the confetti and numbers you need. To make this card, you’ll need acetate or other clear plastic for the shaker window. Instructions: Use a sturdy card stock for the card base. To make the shaker cavity, use the black frame in one of two ways. First, adhere the frame to the card base and cover it in foam tape or mounting tape. Second, cut multiple black frames and adhere them together — how many you need depends on the thickness of the confetti, glitter, or sequins you want to add. For mine, four layers was enough. Use the red rectangle as a guide to cut a plastic window. Add your confetti and numbers to the cavity, then seal it in by gluing down the plastic window. Finally, adhere the ‘celebrate’ balloon. You can embellish the balloon with twine, string, or ribbon, if you like. If you want to make a multiple digit number or date into a single cutout, overlap the numbers slightly and use the ‘weld’ feature.
