Cut twelve punch-hole and perforated stars to arrange in three rows of four stars across the front panel of this 5x7 patriotic or Christmas theme card. Stars are bent forward along the vertical center, then the star is lined up with matching set of stitching holes on the card front panel, and underside of the valley fold is glued in place. Blunt needle is threaded with soft twine or perle cotton yarn, anchored invisibly on panel backside with cello tape, stitches are made up-down through holes in stars or between, first down one row (attach star right before stitching), up the next, until all stars are secured. When all stars are attached and stitched, final stitch takes thread to backside where clipped tail is secured. Attach panel to top-fold card base.
