3d cowboy boot

Finished boot approx. 6.5” tall. Dimensional cowboy boot has realistic styling. Use as a name tag holder, fill with cellophane-wrapped candy with a gift card, create as shelf-sitting decor, fill with weight material (sand, beans, etc.) then tuck in colorful bandana print tissue or fabric as tablecloth of paper plate weight at a picnic. (SUGGESTION: when filling, use bag to contain loose items, or stuff tissue, etc., into boot bottom to keep things from escaping into the boot bottom cavity.) INFO: Cut file is for LEFT boot only. To create a pair, replicate a mirror image, then duplicate construction. Contrast liner shape shows through center front cutout. Side decorations are glued in place. CONSTRUCTION OVERVIEW: Fold on perforations EXCEPT upper side tabs (these are glue-up guide marks). Join lower center and heel piece (glue gusset tabs first) to left and right side pieces (tiny circle cutout indicates RIGHT side), and center front piece (with contrast shape behind), then attach to “R” sole piece. (NOTE that “R” cutout can be read correctly from the BOTTOM of the sole, is on corresponding top “joining” surface of heel box). Layer and glue four additional soul layers in place (cut from alternating contrast paper, if desired). Assemble and attach sole “box” Join front and back uppers with side trim strips centered by side seams, fold-over top tabs above strips with straight-cut end inside of boot (NOTE tiny square cutout on tab of UPPER BACK piece also goes on the right of boot; calf opening trim strip BACK piece has underlap tabs and tiny square.). Insert brads through holes. Insert calf assembly into open, line up front and back center perforated line pairs, (most other perforation lines of lower and upper will line up, too), then glue lower touching surfaces.
