• 1.Regular cut :
• Regular Cut designs are intended to be cut with an electronic cutting machine
• 2.3D
• 3D Craft designs allow you to create a 3D object from two dimensional material (like paper or cardstock). 3D cut files may require some assembly depending on the complexity of the design.
• 3.Print & cut
• Print & Cut files use your personal printer to print designs. You can then cut out the design using your electronic cutting machine.
• 4.Font
• Font files provide you with a font so you can create text or use other special characters. While this font is expected to work in other software programs, it can only be guaranteed to work in Silhouette Studio®.
• 5.Printable pattern
• Printable patterns are not intended to be cut. Fill your favourite cuttable shapes with patterns to create customized print & cut images in Silhouette Studio™.

• Sketch designs are intended to be drawn with pens. Replace the blade from your electronic cutting machine with a sketch pen so your machine draws the designs instead of cutting them.

• Rhinestone designs are intended to be used with Silhouette rhinestones. Cut this design in Silhouette brand rhinestone template material to create a rhinestone template for your projects.
• 8.S3D
• S3D designs are 3D printing files exclusively for use with the Silhouette Alta® and Silhouette 3D software.
• 9.Snapkit
• to customize your 3D object by mixing and matching different design elements. Simply 'snap' interchangeable pieces into place using Silhouette 3D software and send the print to your Silhouette Alta®.
